Hello, welcome to chase and nuland.com. My name is Jason. This is deep sleep whisper what's kind of session the sleeping, but it's also a whisper ASMR as well, kind of a mixture to try and maybe cater for those that enjoy listening to whisper sessions. And also for those that want to listen to sleep hypnosis session or maybe for those that both. And of course those that just like listening to my voice. And maybe you've listened to many of my other sessions and find that when you do listen to my voice, that one automatically you start to feel tired and sleepy. Therefore, only listen to this. Or if you're watching on YouTube only watch it when you can safely Close your eyes. Because this sleepy session may cause drowsiness. And hopefully well. And even though the drowsiness levels may differ among those people that listen to this. Now there's also the added benefit that even if you're listening to this at a time when perhaps you don't really need to go to sleep at this precise moment. When you do come to decide to sleep deeply and to lay down on your bed. And second your head touches your pillow. Something happens it's as if your heads touching that pillow is like you press the button the button sends the signals into your brain to just relax your entire body to relax each and every muscle in your entire body.
And the good thing about your body and your mind is that they are connected. your mind and your brain is your body. Your body is your mind. It's all connected. So one thing
he can get a friend or a couple of friends say let's have a game. I'm going to lay down on the floor and I want you to pick my body up

So you're everything that you are, that everything that you are committed acts deeply as one.
So instead of just relaxing your ankles when you relax your ankles, you also relax every part of your body, which also you relax every part of your mind. Every on your body, relax well right through to the roots. You know what you can then realize that actually, those airs, including the ones you can't see inside your skin, that connected and it could be like your own acupuncture cues that are already there, connected to the parts of your body that are already there. stimulated and healing each every part of your body, and brain all at the same time. relaxing your body, your mind and your brain all at the same time. Realizing that actually, instead of doing gnosis and focusing on concentrating on your unconscious mind, taking control and trying to in some way, distract your conscious mind so that it does something else and moves away, given space and time. And allowing your unconscious mind to make those changes that you need. Including fallen asleep easily. And naturally. What effort you choose so that you can heal during your sleep. And when you do awaken. You can feel amazing, full of energy ready to face the world ready to enjoy your life. Instead of just focusing on distracting the conscious mind and allowing the unconscious mind to do those things which you would like to happen.
Maybe we could do something a bit different. Maybe we could do something a little bit unique, a little bit traditional. Maybe we can focus the conscious mind and your unconscious mind, subconscious mind, whatever you want to call it realize that it's just one it's you Same way as your brain is the same as your body is connected.
Your hands are connected to your shoulders via a thing called an which is connected to everything else. It's like the old song. Something connected by bah, bah, bah, bah, bah, bah, bah, bah. I can't remember the words but involves body parts. The thing is, your unconscious mind and your conscious mind. connected together with the same purpose, allowing you to heal, allowing you to feel wonderful. Because you allow yourself, you give yourself permission to sleep deeply. And you don't need to have some kind of role or now drawn see distracted when your conscious mind is focused on the same thing. conscious mind because then you're working together. There is no argument. It's a dance where your body is dancing with your mind. There is no struggle. When you focus on the outcome, which you give yourself permission to experience falling into deep sleep naturally. Because you choose to do that because you're sleeping deeply and naturally is the most normal thing in the world, something that you're born to do. Because sleeping is your birthright. You're born with this ability. You can naturally let go without any kind of distractions. Without any pressure. When you just decide to integrate, to join with yourself with the same outcome in mind, of just sleeping easily and naturally. Doing what comes so naturally. allow your mind to just join together. Peace. If there's any parts of your mind, that maybe is against going to sleep or failed as in is telling you oh it's not that easy or you know remembering munteanu the past when maybe you had troubles of sleeping in and you know any of that stuff, maybe you can just
wave that white flag they have a dros have a truce and have a break and join together
and just let go any of those limiting thoughts or beliefs that have gotten in the way that you enjoy
natural healing sleep and you can enjoy that feeling just being peaceful. Like feeling the winter a crying baby just decides to fall asleep and it's quiet and peaceful.
And everything else is peaceful. That sense of relief. A sense of comfort. experience it feels good to know that you don't actually have to do anything. Because something naturally happens is if your your mind and your body become lined up and balanced in the same way that when you need to eat, your body tells you and then you go and eat and you feel better for it. When you're thirsty, your body let you know. And then you have a drink. When you need the toilet, your body ledge. In the same way when it's time to sleep, your body ledge because when you prepare your food having been notified by your body that it's time to eat. You look at the food. You sit down at the table or wherever you sit. And you do maybe the same day. Every day.
As you prepare to eat that meal. Maybe you side you see the same things every day. As you eat that bell. I sit at my table in my living room. I look down at the Light just ate the food.
But it's the same scenario it's the same and everything feels balanced. In the same way when you lay down on your bed and your head touches that pillow, your body and your mind that it's time to sleep because everything feels so familiar. Everything feels sort of calming. Everything feels so relaxing. Everything fails. so sleepy so sleepy so stay
