Hello, welcome to Jason newland.com. My name is Jason Newland, and this is deep sleep, whisper hypnosis. I do these recordings. Usually it might be blackjack, which I'm sitting in Now, sometimes I record them sitting at my table which is where I would fill myself you know, during the, let me bore you to sleep videos I think the last deep sleep whisper session I was done in my bed I've ever traveled by to travel around and do these things in different rooms.
Never done it in the kitchen. But raise your body Bobby finger actually. Because it is an ASMR whisper it's quite nice to maybe
include background sounds, instead of trying to edit and eliminate any kind of natural sounds that may be present outside of just my voice because then I don't normally do that. But I'm just saying the occasionally I'm going to put my glasses down I've got a little table next to my chair. It's it's kind of one of those tables that you can eat off of you can push it around and put it underneath the chair. But the table above the chair or it can be used, I suppose to eat at the bed. If you were sitting up in a bed don't use it for now just bits, you know maybe a cup of tea or a cup of coffee. I'll put it on the side and
seemed to turn me into a left handed coffee drinker. I feel quite comfortable using my left hand for picking up cups of coffee or tea. Usually much day and I only really drink coffee once a day in the morning when I have my breakfast whatever time of the day that is. So I'm pretty much seven cups of coffee a week person. And so I should just say only listen, that is a watch this. If you watch it on YouTube, when you can safely Close your eyes. please like share, comment, subscribe and all that stuff if you want to. I appreciate all of your support boilers the boiler is making so much crinkling crankin is done if you remember the sound of the old printers going back 20 years maybe. And each page, you could hear the printer going across the page as soon as doing line by line and it takes maybe 30 seconds per page to be printed. That's what the boil is. Sounds like Luckily, it's in the other room. So it's not quite as pronounced as it would be, if I was sitting on top of the washing machine. Not I spent much time sitting on top of the washing machine. So I'd like to say a big thank you, to those of you that are regular listeners on my podcast, to these deep sleep with possessions, because this is pretty much the most popular podcast that I have. And I've got lots of podcasts, got relaxation podcasts, led me Boyd to sleep podcasts, self development, chronic pain relief, you know, various different ones. But these deep sleep whisper is the most popular one, for whatever reason, and I really appreciate your support, which is why I am making more and trying to be quite regular with the new sessions, because I know I should just get on with it. But I'll talk a little bit. It's the new year 2019. As I record this, quite like the idea of offering new content. You know, I'm a bit like Prince, you know, the artist, just in a sense of I like to make new content and make it available. That's pretty much the only similarity I have with Brent.
You know, he was making $100 million a year. Don't make anything. And it was a sort of a stall. By I'm taller than he was. Not that that really means anything, because I'm still quite short.
So it's saying that I know that we all have our favorites. That might be that one session, that just dogs where you need it to do you know that one session that you press play, you lay down and you navigate further than maybe the first three or four minutes. Maybe you don't even realize that you've got through even the first minute because it's like my boys is a trigger for you to just drift to sleep safely. And you can have that safe knowledge that you can always listen to the recordings before you go to bed to make sure that you're happy with what I say. And all it really is just the same kind of stuff is just the me whispering with the focus of both the ASMR whisper staff knowing that some people would be listening to this to go to sleep. People that may be strong struggle or have struggled in the past. Now found my boring voice to be a great, soothing way to just let go and drift off. There may be other people listening to this or watching this on YouTube because of the ASMR aspect, tingling aspect of it hearing the whisper behave in the background sounds as well as my voice whispering Because I normally make my recordings usually in the middle of the guide, so it's the quietest quietest time. Any background sounds, you're here would be maybe Andre, my ferret, my little boy running around. Sometimes I can hear me dreams and he makes these funny noises when he's dreaming. Or it might be the squeak of one black chair. If I move my body
like that see that bit that's more than material making the noise that's the squeak Enos of the chair. So that's more I tried to oil the metal parts underneath the chair. I think I'm in need of maybe a new chair.
I'm thinking of getting one which is not to replace this but one a separate one with a like a high back where I can just sit straight and be comfortable and maybe that will be maybe you have died in the bedroom and use that as the chair for these recordings.
Even though I am not specifically focused on you fallen asleep This is gone like I thought it's there. Like an intention that's already there. When you decide to listen to this recording, and listen to my voice. It's already decided before what outcome you wish to achieve. Whether it's just to relax and feel calm, just listen to me or wherever it's to drift off into deep sleep feeling safe in the knowledge when you wake up afterwards some something's changed that would be new. Allowing you to feel more competent in your ability to fall asleep naturally when you choose just let go because this is your life. This is your time. This is your choice to slay and to let go. Whenever you decide just how deeply relax relaxed you fail. Now I'm actually feeling relaxed myself. Which I always do actually when I made these recordings.
I don't think I'll be able to make a recording like this if I was on an exercise bike, or doing push ups be a different mindset. I like the peacefulness. And there's something about whispering. For me, it's an intimacy. About whispering. By intimacy, I mean, closer, deeper connection pushes through barriers of beliefs or opinion just allows that intention of safety and slay and comfort to rise within you. And I think that's a nice thing to experience. I personally enjoy a sense just notice in my brain starting and continuing to slow down. Realize anything that needs your attention in the future will still be there. When you wake up any sound that you hear with a my side or your side can actually be a trigger for you to drift even deeper into that sense of safety and comfort, lead in to sleep. Now this was a bad font to show. When you listen to the same recording, you start to map out in your mind particular sounds to you during that recording. So listening back to this a few times you'll just get used to hear the fridge turn itself on a few seconds ago may pick up a drink. Just take a drink and drill down again into the cup holder in the arm of the chair. Sometimes, he may actually start to realize that you've been listening to the same recording. But you don't remember having got all away to the point where I lifted my drink up and had a drink and mentioned it and put it back down into the cup holder and my chair and you can start to wonder that you actually fell asleep before that part of the recording.
Within 15 minutes of listening to my boys you've drifted allowed yourself to let go It's as if you've given yourself permission. Just go on to automatic and allow that automatic process of sleeping deeply talk naturally and easily in a way that you start to get used to just how easily you allow yourself
to drift off into healings. And even though may be the start when you first began listening to my voice on the very first recording,
you remember thinking and wondering how long would it take for you to trust my voice allow me to just lead you into that sense of comfort and safety. And as you follow my lead you then just slide down comfortably and deep sleep and how in your body and your mind time and space to heal and to recover and to re energize your body. Enjoy the day ahead. You can spend more time in joy yourself when you're awake. Spend more time in joy. Feeling awake when you are knowing you can enjoy spend the time being asleep when you are asleep.
Separate separating the two in the same way as you've got the sand of the beach and the sea
when you're on that path. You only get wet when you get into the bath. Once you get the bath you dry yourself off and do dry. wet and dry. being asleep and being awake, separate thing at separate times. Allowing you to enjoy both experiences separately without even needing to think about a budget just experiencing the sensations of this very moment allows you to enjoy planning a future wonderful future we can completely achieve and follow your dreams during the day and then slay and enjoy dreaming. When you're asleep at night or whenever you sleep, you can do is let go and allow nature to just happen because sleeping deeply and safety is the most natural thing in the entire world.
