Hello, welcome to Jason newland.com. My name is Jason and this is daily relaxation, hypnosis for stress, anxiety, and panic attacks. So I've done a few of these. And I try and make each one different. Of course, there's, there's a crossover, there's a lap, you know, it's gonna crossover and be fairly similar in some ways to some of the others. That's just normal. As the subject matter, the topic, the goal is kind of the same for every session, which is to help you to feel more relaxed and calm, to help you to reduce your stress, to let go of the worries of the day, to help enable you to deal more comfortably with life's challenges. So it's, it's a mixture of different things. In the same way, it's hopefully, in its own way, will lead to a squeaky chair which my chairs just start to squeak. So I bet that it will lead to less stress during your union during the normal day. It will hopefully also lead to less episodes of panic, panic attacks, anxiety attacks, all those things associated with anxiety, including phobias, social phobias, you know, all those kinds of things which anxiety stress is part of so someone's got a phobia of flying, or they used to have a phobia of flying in a plane. So once you learn, and start to incorporate ways of relaxing ways of just daily, allowing yourself more time to calm down and to feel more in touch with your own physical feelings and also more in touch with how you are thinking, and how you emotionally feel. That in turn, allows you more space to actually make decisions, gives you choices ultimately, and choices can really transform your life when you realize that every second of every day, we actually can choose what we do next. And there's quite a it's quite a responsibility, I guess, in some ways. So the important thing, personally is to try and get to a situation in your mind where you can accept that you meant choices continuously. We're always making choices all through the day.
And but to go gentle on ourselves, you know, to just give yourself a break now and then to be just karma gentler, kinder to ourselves to be more forgiving. Be nice if you're able to be more forgiving towards yourself. It will Transform the life that will change things, it will be harder to get back into that mentality of anger and hatred and self lovin or whatever is going on that kind of negativity, that kind of poison thinking is reduced so much, when you're able to just have some forgiveness, you know, inside you, you know, they say in your heart, but I say everywhere, have forgiveness in your fingertips have forgiveness in your toes, you know, and it's not about forgiving other people, it's just generally having that available. Being able to just not give yourself such a hard time being able to just relax, and enjoy, accept that you're a human being. And no one's perfect. But we do have an opportunity, every second of every day, to change every second of every day, we can change we can
make a decision. No more that guy do this now. So it gives you your power back. It means you're not affecting. You are Victor. You're victorious, because you've chosen to take control of your own life. And it's not controllers trying to be controlling. Like someone might control and control another person. That control as in choices, allowing you to have more choices.
So by relaxing your mind and your body, gives you that space and opens up opens your mind up to new possibilities of living, new possibilities of thinking.
new possibilities of feeling opens up new options. It literally can transform your life. Why should say you can transform your life. Because you're the one doing it. You're the one deeply relaxed. You're the one that is making the most of this opportunity of being alive.
And you're the one that can make those decisions. every second of every day, you choose what you do next.
every second of every day. You choose to feel relaxed and calm, alert and open to the possibilities of the kind of life that maybe you've always dreamt of but never really believed before. But now, as you look into the future, you can see something different. But there's something there that maybe he didn't really believe before he didn't perhaps think was possible before. But now as you look into the future, you can see a different future.
One with more kindness a future With more love a future with more choices. A future with happiness. When you know that that futures there, when you know that, you can have that, because whatever you imagine,
it can be possible. Because your mind has now got it there, it now knows where it's heading towards its aiming. There's an old saying, with the darts player doesn't matter how good the darts player is, if you blindfold him or her, they're not going to be able to do much that they need to be able to see the future. I don't mean just visually. You know, if, if, for whatever reason you're visually impaired, I'm talking about seeing in your mind, feeling the future feeling a level of comfort, relaxation, serenity and happiness that maybe you've never thought was possible in the past. But now as you just imagine a future for yourself, and maybe for loved ones also.
You can see for yourself that and feel for yourself that there are possibilities available to you are amazing, are really, really life transforming. And these sessions can help you to move forward towards that future. Because relaxation can be the key to transformation. So if you're in a comfortable position, sitting down or lying down,
making sure that you're safe in case you fall asleep. So that you're supported. Close your eyes, it's safe to do so. I'm just going to focus on the different parts of your body, starting at the top of your head. Moving down, forehead, your eyes, your cheeks, a jaw, your mouth, your throat, your chest, just on the back of your neck, your shoulders, your arms and your hands fingers. The whole of your back from the top all the way down to your lower back. leading into your pelvic area. Your hips, your thighs, knees, moving all the way down to your ankles and your feet and your toes. Now starting at the top of your head, and imagine that you would just pour in liquid full of deep relaxation and is pour it down and can give it a color if you want. Maybe make the color sparkling. Maybe give it some sound. But just let it just pour deeply inside the hole in your scalp. Moving right the way down your body. starting to like your body was hollow, starting to fill up your feet. You can visualize it as if watching from outside but at the same time You can feel that sense of relaxation. Feel your toes, your feet. Moving up your ankles, feeling your shins and your calves and your knees. Healing relaxing liquid, filling up your thighs. You're growing your hips, your buttocks. Now filling up even more as it fills up your stomach and your lower back. The rest of your back as it moves up, including your chest. And as it continues to move up to your shoulders, it starts to overflow down your arms.
filling up your fingers, your hands, your wrists, your arms, elbows, your upper arms, your armpits, his shoulders, your throats in the back of your neck. Filling up full of deep relaxation. your jaw, your mouth, your tongue back of your head, the sides of your head, your eyes,
your forehead. And you can see it starts to overflow as it fills right to the top of your head and it starts to overflow of you face of your head, your hair on your skin, starting to cover all of your skin moving down your chest, the back of your neck, your back your shoulders, your arms, not heat and liquid covering your skin, your stomach, all the way down your legs, your feet, your arms and your hands. completely covering your body with a healing, calming relaxation, liquid. Naked notice that liquid starts to soak into your skin starts to soak deep in moving into all the different muscles. soaking into the muscles deep. relaxing in every single muscle in your body. The muscles on your toes, your feet, your legs, stomach, your chest, your back. muscles in your fingers, your hands, your wrists, your arms, your shoulders. Every single muscle being soaked. This heel in common, relaxing liquid soaks and relaxes each and every individual muscle so deeply in your shoulders, back of your neck or throat, the sides of your neck, your jaw, your tongue, your eyes and your forehead. Your entire scalp as the healing, relaxing liquid soaks deep into your muscles. And then notice how it soaks even deeper into your bones. Relaxing each and every bone completely with that relaxing liquid starting as you find Focus on your toes and your feet is that relaxing liquid sinks deep, deep into your feet into the bones, your feet, your ankles, your legs, your knees, your fingers, your hands, that relaxing liquid, deeply relaxing the bones of your fingers and your hands and your wrists, your arms, your ribs, your shoulders, the bones of your face, completely relaxing, even more than they were before. Your eyes sockets, your scalp, the whole of your head deeply, deeply relaxed. Now you can just feel that relaxing, liquid, soak even deeper, deeper, going deeper into your major organs relaxing all those parts of your inner body, the parts that you don't have access to
the parts that you trust completely to keep you safe, to keep you alive. The parts that you love and need to express that love towards because they're so important for you and your life. Focus on their healing, relaxing liquids soaking deep, deep inside you internally soaking into all those different organs, your liver, your kidneys, your heart, your lungs, and all the other parts of your body, your intestines, all the blood vessels and veins of your body completely soaked in deep relaxation. And lastly is that feeling soaks that feeling of relaxation soaks deep inside your brain moving through your scalp
deep inside as if it's melting away any issues in the past allowing you to move forward with the future. Completely relaxing your mind and your brain in such a way really enjoy the sensation you're experiencing right now, as your brain is completely soaked.
In this deep healing, relaxation they quit from your brain you can just sort of now that liquid or Deep healing and relaxation to just drip down your spine,
relaxing your spine completely. And just dripping all the way down to the bottom of your spine. Maybe you can feel that tingling sensation, that coolness, sense of complete calmness and relaxation and positivity towards the future with hope with love and compassion not just toward yourself but towards others also safe in the knowledge that future that you desire can be yours because you from now on and feel this relaxed any time you choose. In fact, whenever you hear my voice, or see my face on the videos, you'll instantly feel completely physically and emotionally calm and relaxed. We're coming to the end this session for today. Just like to thank you for watching. And remember, I'm here every day. And I'm going to count from one to three. When I get to three, you can open your eyes feeling alert, wonderfully relaxed, calm and just really good. One to becoming more aware of your surroundings, maybe hear in the background sounds. Maybe background smells became more aware of how you physically feel. Maybe you can move your body around a little bit if you want to. Three you can open your eyes if you choose to do so, remembering the whenever you hear my voice or see my face, you will feel instantly relaxed and calm and able to deal with all the challenges that life presents.
