Hello, welcome to Jason newland.com My name is Jason Newland, this is deep sleep whisper I'm not sure what number is I think it's number 3040 something like that sitting in my big black squeaky chair. So there's a little bit of sound do try to minimize my physical movement during these recordings because the chair really can be quite squeaky so I'll try and keep fairly still. But on the same side, I don't want to limit myself and
turn into some kind of a statue. Because the idea behind these sessions and everything that I do is for you to just relax and be one with yourself without editing or without telling yourself off without telling yourself that you should set in a particular way or lie down in a particular way. There are no shoulds there are no shipments apart from one dies, you should listen to this or watch this if you're watching on YouTube unless you can safely Close your eyes that's the only role and just prepared to feel sleepy basically can kind of prepare yourself people who decide to listen to me and of course you can press the pause button at any time. So if this is something that you need to finish off before continuing to listen to my voice and drift into a nice comfortable healing safe slate then maybe to that first example if you're in the middle of doing some pottery and you're making a nice big falls or phase out of clay that may be you know you want to maybe stop this recording but on to pause and finish making that phase or favs otherwise that vase may end up looking like an ashtray
might become a bit flat. Reminds me of a time when I did a bit of pottery at school and I've thought always looked quite easy. Provide the wheel went round fast enough there was enough water and everything should be fairly smooth. I ended up covering all of my classmates at the teachers in clay is mine just splattered everywhere. I think I have the wheel spinning too fast. Because it's one of those pedal wheels that you do yourself.
You know, you push on it, like a, like a bicycle pedal. But it's more of a pump than a bicycle pedals. So yeah. Anyway, I'm annoyed to talk about pottery. Although, I'd like to give it another go. I've got a lot of admiration for anything really. That's creative. wherever it's pottery, needlework, writing, poetry. Sing it. Back, dancing. painting. Just the the act of creativity is amazing human gift that we all have. And just sometimes, it's a case of finding what yours is.
Mine seems to be verbally just talking. Just talking about stuff. And I do kind of put it down about the same. I just talk rubbish. And that's my skill. That's my superpower. Just talking rubbish. But
other people who say well, we can all just talk rubbish. So maybe there's a little bit more to it with me.
always wanted to be a tap dancer. Not professionally, but I liked the idea of tap dancing. Because I used to watch the old red Astaire movies. When I was a kid, and they weren't at the time I'm not. I'm not in my 90s
buys to watch them on television. Desert Andre in the background. Like kinds of strange noises. I think he's just sometimes he changes his position to get more comfortable. Sometimes he seems to sleep dog as well. Which is a bit weird. Considering these a ferret, and he can't really talk, not in my language. But we do communicate quite well.
He lets me know what he wants. For example, when we're walking or taking a walk he lets me know when he wants me to pick him up because he just but is to run fee against my leg, which means he wants me to carry
so that's quite quite like that connection. Can I be able to communicate with him on that silent level. So if you already Joe, you're probably already feeling relaxed and tired. Because every time you listen to my voice has an effect and they kind of set you up for the next time
to continue that sense of deep relaxation and sleepiness allows you to just let go of everything you to just notice each muscle in your body feeling even more relaxed. It's safe, each muscle of your body is fallen asleep
which then causes the next muscle next to it to also fall asleep
at the back of your neck can feel really relaxed and sleepy, which causes your shoulders to also be triggered into that sense of sleepiness and safe relaxation which then triggers your into feeling and experience in that sense of safe. Healing, relax, relaxed sleeping. And that feeling of relaxation and sleepiness moves down your arms into your wrists. And then into because your hands are such an important part of your body,
as are your feet when you relax the fingers of your head, the rest of your body naturally relaxes even deeper. And this is if there's some kind of connection between your hands
and your fingers in your mind. Because as your hands relax your mind also becomes even more deeply and safely relaxed and tired. Tired in a way that feels really relaxing. A sense of just letting go without even trying to let go. But just allow it those natural feelings of deep safe relax and tiredness to spread throughout your body and mind naturally and easily. effortlessly. Sometimes it may seem as if my voice is somehow a bit far away. Further away which causes that sense of relaxation and tiredness in your mind and body. craves to the level where your mind may start to wonder drift away, allowing your body to just relax even deeper on it and you can enjoy being you can accept yourself for who you are. And from now onwards you can learn to love yourself more each day love yourself more each day and accept yourself more each day because you deserve to be happy. You deserve to feel healthy deserve to appreciate yourself. You are a wonderful person. You've done so many great things during your life. And you've helped so many people throughout your life more than you'll ever know. So that you can really start to appreciate yourself for the wonderful person that you truly are able to just relax with those ideas and allow them to sink in to your mind and stay with you. and grow. Allow back safety of that knowledge to remember that you truly are a worthwhile person deserves happiness and love. Let those ideas sink deep into every atom of your body and mind. Not just allowing you to sleep deeply. giving you the opportunity. feel happy to feel grateful to be in the wonderful person that you are. That brings us to the end this session. See you next time.
