So before I start, I'd like to say, first of all, thank you to everybody that listens to this podcast. Because it's, you know, just appreciate your listening. And like to, to have a little shout out to two people, to my biggest supporters, Susan and Boston chicky. So two amazing people, and I hope that you and your families are well, and you're all keeping safe. And that message also goes to everybody that's listening to this. So right, I'm going to get on with the recording, there's going to be two versions of this recording, there's going to be the original version, which is this, although they're both gonna be saying this. So there's gonna be a one without music, and one with background music. The one with background music, which is music supplied by Kevin MacLeod. And that will be about 50, over 50 minutes long, this recording will be shorter than that. So the recording will end like me talking. And then the music will continue for another maybe 20 minutes or so. So it's quite good for be useful for relaxing as well as maybe going to sleep. If you choose to use for that. I would fall asleep listening. But then I'll probably fall asleep listening to the music on its own.
If I would 100% can kind of fall asleep listening to anything. I just close my eyes and listen to something that all it is is something about if I lie down, or if I'm sitting in a chair,
and I close my eyes. And it if I'm focusing with my ears. And I'm listening to something, whether it be music, or talking I like to listen to audiobooks, and sort of motivational stuff. And I do fall asleep. Even when I'm trying not to eat or when I'm actually listening to the thing. Listen to the recording, I do you fall asleep. And I think it's a prime thing, something that we're almost born with. And maybe we learn it, maybe we're just used to doing it. I associate the bed mainly with falling asleep. I realize if you you know if you've got a partner or husband wife, you have different associations with a bed other than just sleeping but there's not many things that we do in our bed is unless you Well, I used to live in just one room for years. So I used to pretty much live in the bed watching Telly and eating innovating. But don't do that anymore. disassociation of lying down. I guess there's that association with listening to me. The sense of relaxation. I feel that I actually feel it myself. As soon as I press the record button and I start talking feel a sense of calmness, spreading over me, I can feel it, as I say, now can feel across my chest. They still hope it's relaxation. Now I can feel it, I can feel it's, it's nice, I can feel over my face as well. It's almost This is gonna do that if, if you want to do this with me might sound a bit weird, but what I notice is when I'm like this feeling relaxed, the whatever the energy that's coming out of our because we are energy only, this isn't this is actually a, you know, a scientific facts that we are made of energy, and we let off energy. And all I'm doing right now is I'm just holding my hand a little way away from my face. And just almost just put my hand down, this follows like washing my face. But my hand is
10 inches away I can still feel the energy on my face. So there seems to be something about the with the relaxation. The energy since perhaps things to spread out a bit more
loosens itself perhaps that isn't natural, perhaps that's actually happening scientifically, I don't know. Maybe there is a genuine loosening of the electricity within us the energy particles when they become relaxed, is not so tight. Even though you can't see it, your bodies what the body does look relax when it's relaxed. Generally the body will still have the same shape, but maybe the energy surrounding the body spreads out a bit more loosens.
Just lets go and as I say that I can actually feel feel in the back of my head, just a gentle sensation
it's almost like there's a part of my brain being stimulated. Which is increasing my sense of comfort is activated. Yes, nice activated feeling of calmness that's spreading down my shoulders bauma back, back of my neck just spreading all the way down like a waterfall of comfort and safety feeling my hands and my feet as well. I do tend to find that my hands and my feet seem to follow each other when it comes to feeling relaxed. And they do have a lot in common the the end limbs and toes and the feet and the nerve endings and the ends of the toes in the feet. So I suppose it would make sense if the nerve endings if your nerve endings feel relaxed for example, The ends of your toes, the tops of your head, your face, your nose, your ears, all those nerve nerve endings in your skin
for those nerve endings are relaxing and everything in between but also feel relaxed sort of standard ease you know lighting the seek that say used to say that
when we're on parade and say standard ease and just relax and everyone in the parade would relax at the same time and say your bodies like the sea cadets one pa relaxing sends that message have comfort to the next part. So almost like pass the parcel in command just pass the message on is a little present. But each person gets the pass or the music stops and they take a bit of the wrapping paper off instead of wrapping paper that's
pure safe relaxation, the spreads into that part of the body and then the music starts again and the next part of your body gets to hold that package and parcel and music stops and take another layer of wrapping paper that turns into safe de relaxation, healing energy, sinking, spreading and healing parts of your body. As the parcel moves to the next part those signals seem to be automatic relaxation automatic police read in those messages of comfort. The deep inside every part of your body your skin, muscle, rips, bones, gristle, blood.
