So this is going to be a relaxation session. And it can be two versions, there's going to be one version of me just talking. And second version will be the exact same recording, but with background music, generally playing in the background. Never have foreground music, dear, it's all background music, then I suppose it would just be music. Anyway, I'd like to dedicate this recording to Susan, one of my biggest supporters. And she told me that the relaxation session with music is one of her favorite things she likes to listen to that I do. So I'd like to start by asking you to get yourself comfortable. Now, you may find that if you listen to me regularly, that you automatically feel more relaxed. And that is it's kind of a natural thing. Really. It's, I suppose it's similar to if you hear a song that you like, and you just feel good inside. And if you listen to me regularly, and although you know I make lots of different recordings, still the same voice
I guess by luck or problem, different voices if you want to. I'm not sure. No point really is. I can do all the duck. You have to Google that might be to find out what that is. But I won't be doing that.
So there's that natural sense of comfort, familiarity and safety that comes when you hear my voice. That safety, comfort comes from listening regularly and being able to listen to the recordings from previous in previous decades, doing this a long time and you can get a sense of what I'm about you You can get a sense of, you can listen to the recordings, no one's saying there's nothing hidden, it's all very transparent. And these recordings are solely to help you to relax.
Since in some ways that relaxation switching your brain just gets switched on and everything else just gets switched off. So, the just automatically feel that increase in sensation of all the muscles in your body become in karma. And Lisa can always feel like the muscles are just separating from your bones and your skin completely flattened and now I suppose is similar to letting the air out of her of a tire or, you know, an air mattress or something like that.
Just feel the, the tension leaving your body Chin up which actually line on top of an air filled mattress. And you just put a hole in it or took the plug out and
it doesn't leave all the same time. And leaves gradually may be like that and it can be really relaxing experience to to be lying on a mattress, an air mattress was the air slowly leaves because your body almost becomes part of that
experience. So this can be very similar but without the farting sounds of the air being released. Just be nice to experience that pleasure, letting go. There's no pressure at all to do anything. Because we can't force relaxation happens naturally. Sometimes, all we need to do is just give yourself time
and space to relax. Almost giving yourself permission to let go completely without any effort. And that's one of the things I quite like about this type of relaxing
because it is effortless. which suits me because I am incredibly lazy. timed right to put effort into anything. Which is lucky I'm probably never going to get piles because I will never try and force a poo Not that bothered by not to put effort in to feel relaxed naturally. You can enjoy the various sensations that you experience you won't just be the feeling of increased relaxation. There's other feelings there as well. Maybe feelings of gratitude may arise feelings of pleasure maybe feelings of humor, feelings of lightness. Know the space where things may be seen to be a bit too much too heavy. Just problems from the past to or maybe overcrowding your brain too much. And this, that stuff just floats away. You can feel enjoy the feeling of letting go. And if there is any, any stuff that's left over, it's on your mind. Any stuff that's conic clinging on. And yeah, perhaps it's clinging be can't be bothered to really push it off, you know, just you know, it's gonna leave eventually, you know that your mind will continue to grow more and more comfort, relaxed with every passing second. Yet, you'd quite like to not wait. And you'd quite like those unhelpful thoughts, there may still be clinging on to leave. So what you can do in your mind, all the rest of your body is relaxing. Just imagine yourself just scraped in those last elements of negativity. And maybe stuff that's not relevant for now. It's not relevant for this moment. And you can just scrape that useless stuff. Live it just fall into a bucket. nice, clean bucket. And you can watch how dirty the bucket gets inside. As that stuff falls and squashes on the bottom of the bucket. No longer move in are able to do anything you can keeps raping. as much of that stuff that's left. those thoughts seem to be holding on. And it doesn't seem so hard to understand why they're holding on because you're not holding on to them. Yet, they're not invited to the party. This is a party of relaxation. This is a time to let go completely. For some reason, those thoughts those negative aspects of pointlessness seem to be wanting to gatecrash your time of comfort. The time where you give love to yourself you send love to yourself and you enjoy the safety of being
Without any of their negativity. So as you scraped the last pieces of negativity into that bucket, you can see the mess in the bucket, all squeegee and that the outside of the bucket area the scraped down is so clean but you could still do have a bit more plane in so he can do is you can just walk with a bucket to your toilet, you mind walking to the toilet of your home. And you can just obviously if you need to lift the lid up, lift the lid up. And you can just pour the bucket and the contents down the toilet. Put the lid down and just flush that toilet. None of that Gone. Gone, gone, gone gone. What you can do now is you can pick up that little canisters spray as a disinfectant. It's a nice boost clean. Obviously it's disinfectant so it's clean, but it's fine to use it in your brain, fine to use it, because obviously it doesn't really exist because it's in your mind. But it's very powerful. And you can spray over their area. With those negative thoughts we're holding on making it very slippery, so that no other negative thoughts can get grip because they'll just slip off and start crying like little babies that they are. You can just spray all off and clean it. We don't have to do this Robin, because you can just join me and be lazy is no no work involved in this. Just a little this brain. And that's dumb. See, you've got rid of the germs of that negativity is what is making it impossible for any future negativities to cling on to that area. Why your feet in relaxed, deeply calm and loose. So safely relaxed. There's a peacefulness that you start to notice. A real peacefulness. It's almost like your body and your mind. I've come together to create this safe healing space where you can just lie there or in your mind, you can sit in a chair. It's totally up to you. Everything that you need is there. It's here now. Everything that helps you feel relaxed and calm is with you. In this moment, we're here now the thing even deeper and deeper. Letting Go letting go. And as I count down from 10 down to one Then up to five and then down to one again you feel even more so relaxed so comfortable. Something happens when you count down to one and counting up again think that that would almost reverse the experience of relaxation but it doesn't. That one to five increases the feeling of safety increases your feeling of safety and then counting down to one again increases sense letting go letting go completely. Now nine I for Three too, one.
