Hello, welcome to Jason newland.com. My name is Jason Newland, this is relaxation, hypnosis for stress, anxiety and panic attacks. We should know the title of the podcast. Never mind by naming doing it for ever. So thank you for listening. I'm trying to do a few more of the relaxation sessions just to help during these times to just to help people relax, really? I guess that's the point of them, isn't it? So yeah. So how it's useful, I will record this.
And then I will make two versions one will be me just talking like this. And the other version will be me talking about just you
know, with music added in the background, but very gentle, be quite low volume. And so yeah, it gives you an option of two different recordings. The one with the music will last longer last about 53 minutes. Because the music is how long the music lasts. But this recording will last probably between 20 in 30 minutes. And just, you know, me talking. Yeah, I think that makes sense. So it like you this is going to be a version of deep sleep whisper recording I did and was not going to be aimed at sleeping but aimed solely relaxing. So I'd like you to get yourself into a position where you can relax. So you may want to lay down your bed. Just the warning for that. It's a personal thing for me as well is you may fall asleep. If you lie down on your bed. I always do. If I listened to on market I could listen. I can listen to heavy metal music laying down and still fall asleep is because I associate laying down with sleeping Just the ways for me. And so if you have something that you need to do, you know, if you haven't, you might be doing this before you do something else. So you relax in in a relaxation session for half an hour, 15 minutes, and then you've got something else you need to do. My suggestion is that you set your alarm, just in case you fall asleep, you may choose to listen to this sitting in a chair. So make sure the chairs not just comfortable. But so it also supports your body
in the event of you falling asleep, so that you don't fall out the chair, basically. So you need to be in a supportive chair, which has
like arm racks or something that keeps your body in the chair. I mean, I've seen people fall asleep meditating on cushions before, and fallen over size. Although they did laughs It was very funny. But you need to look after yourself. And it's, there's no point relaxing, if you end up you know, falling off a chair and hurting yourself that just be be silly. And it's the last thing anybody wants. So please put your safety first, your safety and your comfort is number one, equally. Or maybe safety number one, but you know. So comfort. There's no medals to be won, by, you know, plugged in through physical pain to see you can
sit in a particular position. You don't want anything doing that. So if you need to move your body, even if you need to move your body every five minutes or every few minutes, then do that. It's okay.
There are no rules, there is no judgement, no one's going to tell you off, you're not being marked. You're allowed to move around as much as you choose. And what you find we may find as the time goes by, during the recording, that you won't be moving around as much. You may not be aware that you're not moving around as much. Because as you relax, any kind of physical complications you may have or had in the past start to dissolve during this process. Because relaxation, reduces chronic pain. relaxation, relaxes the muscles, relaxes cramps. Relaxation reduces headaches, because it relaxes the muscles relaxes, the scalp relaxes, the brain relaxes. All those things allow the blood flow just to flow easily and naturally. And that tension that may have been in the back of your neck. just relaxes muscles just seem to start to divide, you know, find each other a little bit. Just Just let go. Because that's the natural thing to happen. Because I can talk and say Now relax your feet, relax your knees, relax your front teeth, you know and go forward different parts of your body. The fact is if you just lie there, or sit here just listening to me. It can't be come more relaxed without me focusing on any particular parts of your body. Which means when we do focus on, for example, your stomach, your stomach already started to relax. By focus on. it magnifies that sense of relaxation and comfort magnifies, it strengthens the sense of letting go of all tension and discomfort in your stomach. When you focus on a particular part of your body, during this process of me, just talking to you, he is like looking through a magnifying glass and increase in those physical sensations of comfort, naturally, occurring to become stronger as if the muscles are separating from each other, releasing any tensions or any kind of physical discomforts from the past, just almost like just being let out. Steam just leaving the cattle just believe in love, it's a stain just been released, most light light, it's all miniature volcanoes, you know, the steam is released, the vote kind of comes down. And then as you focus even more, maybe this time, you're focusing on the back of your neck. So the stain is being released from their volcano. And you can feel the, the muscles in your back, relaxing even more,
the more you focus. It's like you've just poured the biggest bucket of water in into that tiny little volcano, putting out any chance of hate ever arise. And again, you just completely doused that volcano. So you had the initial relief of that release of energy and steam from the volcano as you focused on your neck. But then that be bucket of water, pulling out any memories or resemblance or even just every part of discomfort that may have been there in the past is invisible. It's like it was never there. In fact, there's no trace. There's no proof that there was anything in your back of your neck, other than comfort, and relaxation. And smoothness is another thing about when you relax your body. And it's happening naturally anyway. Even if it's just because of my boring voice. Or maybe you're used to listening to me and you know that when you listen to me you feel more relaxed. Regardless of what I say, whether I'm talking in this way about the different parts of your body, increasingly feeling
more comfortable and calm. Or if I'm talking about something else, you feel more relaxed. And is that familiar sense of safety that comes with listening to me Mind, you can be okay. Knowing that when you listen, your immune system becomes stronger as your body relaxes your immune system has the energy to experience that healing the strength, strengthen your immune system and to heal your body.
Not just healing problems from the past, but preparing to heal everything in the future, keeping us strong and safe and well with that sense of optimism, knowing that your immune system is strong and becoming stronger every day. Because when you can relax, your immune system becomes stronger. When you relax, your immune system becomes stronger. As you can now relax even more. With that sense of comfort, as your mind wraps around that idea. As you relax, more and more, your immune system becomes stronger and stronger. Almost like a force field surrounding your body. Sending blood through your body filled with healing energy, healing every part of your body continuously as your immune system becomes stronger and stronger, protecting you almost being your own guardian angel. looking out for you, silently, quietly in the background, healing your body when it's needed. By only when it's needed. Making sure you're strong and protected. And doing whatever is necessary to keep you safe. And the idea of that as you allow that idea to soak into every muscle in your body. As you allow the idea to sink deeply into every button.
every bone in your skeletal system idea your immune system will protect you and keep you safe and well and healthy. Do you feel more relaxed each and every day? transforms your mind in a way that change changes how you see the world. It might just be slightly changes the way you see yourself. The way you experience. Your own
sense of self as you start feels stronger physically and you have more faith and trust in your own ability to let go of any of those four sub feelings that are no longer useful to your well being. And use start spend more time in brace in that sense of relaxation and comfort. There's automatically there for you at all times available for you to experience more and more comfort not just in your mind throughout your entire body including all the major organs of your body healing from the inside out sure immune system continues to become strong, protecting you keeping you safe and healing you when you need to be healed. Protecting you like guardian angel, almost an invisible force fields around your body. Keep an eye out any kinds of harmful germs to you don't need and your immune system automatically destroys those unhealthy unwelcome germs or feelings of negativity or pain that you don't wish to experience. Because then not helpful to you. Choose to feel relaxed and you choose to feel safe. You choose to enjoy being more aware of what a wonderful person you are. As you start to really value yourself. Really value yourself as that positivity within you grows stronger every day. So there's that sense of feeling relaxed and calm. Increase in which allows all your muscles to be active, yet relaxed at the same time. When you need to be
your mind. mind feels good. positive energy flowing through your body. Your mind can't help but be affected by that positive energy spreading continuously through your body. relaxing and hearing every particle of your existence energy moves forward ahead of you. Making the PA clear. As you move forward in life, that positive, safe energy spreads Far, far into the future.
It doesn't just spread into the future, you start to notice the special forcefield which your immune system protects you covers your entire body starts to spread outwards, with the healing, positivity, spreading out from every part of your body. So not just moving forward into the future, or to the sides of you, above you, below you. And back in the past, spread in that positive healing energy in all directions, or directions, and you feel even more and more relaxed.
feels really nice to be you. So right, to embrace all of these positive attributes the possess to really be at peace with your own sense of safety and purpose in life as you realize that you are an amazing person. And you do deserve to be happy. And you've got so many wonderful experiences ahead of you.
As healing, positive energy spreads into the future you are literally going to be traveling into a positive future. It's already had the groundwork laid with that safety and positive feelings already there for you to experience as you imagine things in the future almost that they've already been sprinkled with these feelings of positive safe healing energy. Listening looks so beautiful. Maybe they sound beautiful as well. feels so nice, relaxing. feels so nice and relaxing. Just allow yourself to sink into that feeling D positive relaxation that's continuing to grow and spread throughout your entire body. E and D deeper. Almost like being gently massaged by 1000 hands all the muscles being stretched out. You feel so safe. So love Feels nice, really comfortable. Because you deserve to be able to enjoy relaxing. Anytime you choose to just let go, baby, you can think about this recording, you could listen to the recording or just imagine me talking and that sense of comfort and arrives and spread through your body in your mind. And as you think about something that you'd like to happen in the future, you can sense this that energy connected to it. The energy of safety, positivity and deep relaxation connected to those thoughts of the future. So almost like you've gone into your mind, and you've redecorated the room into a different color, color that you love. You've got things in there now that you really like. Maybe your favorite books, DVDs, maybe a big television, maybe a snooker table or a games console with all everything that you'd want.
Perhaps with favorite people. When you're in your mind, feel safe. Because it's your safe space. It's your mind, no one else has access. So maybe it's time to make it comfortable. To make it yours to allow yourself to feel more those good feelings. Who happier more often for no reason. Other than you deserve to be happy. Now that brings us to the end of this recording and know that it's probably finished way too quickly. Even though I've been talking for over half an hour. If you want you can continue listening.
