So of course you'd need to leave it plain for about 10 days to play all of the recordings but quite a few city the adverts are on the general podcast to cover the costs of running this free service and they last for about a minute maximum I think okay, so I'd like you to get yourself comfortable. So right now I'm sitting up in bed as it is a little bit background sound. The birds are outside in the trees it's just before six o'clock in the morning. And I generally make recordings at night or during the night. And but now as this ring is approaching, the birds are waking up earlier much much earlier. It's quite interesting if you for those of you that don't stay up at night everything starts at about three o'clock in the summer. Come spring gets lighter and the birds out and about very early in the morning.
Anyway, that's boring. So now it's just like you to get in touch of how you physically feel.
Just notice how you how you feel you know in your body, how you feel in your mind.
Notice at this any parts your body, the hoop particularly rely relaxed apart that feels more relaxed than the others. Just In a body scan of my own body and mature feels relaxed which kind of surprises me because I'm using it to talk on my face feels relaxed more forehead or eyes In fact, about 20 minutes ago I had to be there or be of iake but now it's gone caught my eyes closed and it was very relaxing in my eyes feel that relaxation moving through my eyes, my eyebrows into my forehead and my head is well you know the scalp it just it's there, obviously it's there but it doesn't there's not really any feeling it's just a comfortable feeling. What I notice is when I focus on a part of me that feels relaxed that not only tend to increase its sense of comfort and relaxation and also it tends to start spreading this sense of relaxation spreads slowly and to different parts of my body and as I've said that are noticed is the feeling of comfort smoothed down my neck into my chest. My shoulders I feel that my shoulders the back of my neck as well. In fact, always leaning forward a little bit so that my neck was taken the weight of my head and now just lean in my head back. Set at my neck feels more relaxed shoulders the shoulder blades are feeling a bit tingly. Not weird but just the bit a little bit itchy. Tingley that feeling that sometimes arrives. When almost like healing is occurring. Maybe the blood is moved up to my shoulder and I do have an injured shoulder that's ongoing so maybe that's what's happened in the Bloods moved up to just fresh and out that shoulder area.
Put in some new blood in there and just allowing it to heal and relax. Now feel the real sense of comfort spread and download back specially in my lower back. I miss that little tingly feeling again in my lower back
where Again, cause physical issues and it's a little bit it shapes a little bit.
Those are very comfortable and familiar sensation, which tells me that some bloods been distributed to that part of my body to heal, to relax, to see so
that parts of my body feels nice. Notice my hands even my breathing is just relaxed. I'm not, not focusing on my breathing at all. As far as the ID and now an EXO in IO,
I'm just gently aware of how smooth how cool the areas as I breathe in very relaxing almost as if we're not expecting to feel relaxed and just focus in on that one part of my body that
just naturally felt more relaxed than the other parts. At the beginning of this recording, the rest of my body says through just followed along without any degree effort whatsoever no trying, needing to do anything. Just being just except in how I feel in this moment feels really relaxed. Really, really almost feel like my arms and my legs. somehow connected in levels of relaxation. my hands and my feet seem to be going energy relaxed and energy connecting fi my hands together. Both relaxing my hands and my feet and my wrists and my ankles. just noticing them trying to hold on to any kind of pleasurable relax in is a cool sensation but just being aware of it and accepting it notice in my calf muscles and my forearms, my elbows and my knees. upper arms feet feeling relaxed focus on what fires taxation a no fires my stomach feels so calm almost like and the notes that were there before slowly lovingly been untied for me naturally for the last part res is one bit sick midsection my hips, buttocks go I just was saying those words out loud as a sense of comfort spread deep into my hips. That whole area of comfort slowness no one will find a sense of relaxation spread from the top of your head all the way down to your feet each number you hear me say that sense of relaxation spreads top your head all the way down to two So your toes now all remaining four and deep with every number now ny I hello oh my
