and welcome to Jason newland.com. My name is Jason. and this is your Daily relaxation hypnosis session for stress, anxiety, and panic attacks. That's a mouthful, and it really should have come up with a shorter title. Anyway, the idea of these sessions is just to have something new every day focused, ads really just relaxing. Because what's more important than that, it's pretty much a life changing thing, if you're able to do it, if you have trouble relaxing, or any kinds of problems of stress, or anxiety or panic attacks, it's very, it can be very limiting, emotionally and physically at times. So the idea of this is to offer some something just on a daily basis, which you can use, listen to, and can offer something a little bit different from what you would normally get. So you know, I'm not one of these people that just does a relaxation hit hypnosis session, and then that's it. I don't do any more, I do loads I like to give choice. Besides, there's so many different things that can be done, it's impossible to do it in one session, to do it in one video. And also, it's nice to offer different ways, different angles of looking at things that might be suitable for some people that others might not be suitable for. Because we've all got our own likes and dislikes, and those things that benefit us the most. So that's what this is about, trying to help people. So I've done a few of these, I think this is the 10th day now of these daily sessions. And what I'm going to do is just get straight into actually just do a very basic, very basic, very simple relaxation technique, we're going to use the counting. So basically, use counting down for every body part. And so we're going to start if you can find yourself a comfortable place to sit or sit or lie down somewhere where you you know, a comfortable remembering that you can change how you physically move in, you know, you can move yourself around if you need to. You don't have to stay in one position, and be uncomfortable because that's pointless to do that. The idea is for you to feel relaxed. If you're sitting in the chair, make sure that you Okay, in case you fall asleep, so make sure you don't fall out the chair, so you're safe. So if you'd like to close your eyes, if it's safe for you to do so. Give yourself a few seconds of just settling in being aware of how you feel. That's how I'd like you to first of all, start by noticing how your eyes feel. I'm just going to say the words relax, counted down from 10 down to one just for your eyes. Now and you can count along with me, or you can just follow the instructions and allow your eyes to relax. And every number I count down you'll find yourself feeling
twice as relaxed. 10 relax your eyes. Nine relax your eyes. Eight relax your eyes. Seven relax your eyes. Six will relax your eyes. Five relax your eyes for relax your eyes. Three. Relax your eyes to relax your eyes. One relax your eyes. Now focusing on your jaw and every time I count down from 10 down to one, each number your jaw will feel twice as relaxed.
