I'm going to just say the word relax. And notice how that muscle becomes even more relaxed. without me even mentioning which part now, one, focus on that muscle. Are you ready? Relax. Now focus on a different muscle. When I say the number two
to focus in on that muscle, notice how it feels now. And when I say the word, relax, that muscle will become more relaxed. Are you ready? Relax. Now, I'm going to say the number three, I'd like you to think and focus on a different muscle. Three as you focus on that muscle, now I'm going to say the word slay and that muscle will drift into a deep sleep. When I say the word slay that muscle that you're focusing on now, will become relaxed and just drift into a D slay when I say the word slay Are you ready? slay Now, I'd like you to focus on a different muscle, maybe a larger muscle in your body focusing on that muscle when I say the number four, when I say for focusing on that muscle, preparing for it fall into the sleigh. And what you may notice in these type of situations is that you don't either need to get to the point of me saying the word slave because just by focusing on a part of your body, you automatically allow that part and instruct that muscle to relax and just fall into a deep natural healing healthy slate and it's like a domino effect. Because that particular muscle which goes into deep healing, healthy, happy sleep or so since the muscles surrounding it into a D.
