[00:05:52] The quality Of the audio The 10 hour None of my recordings Will come above 300 megabytes Individually Because Basically Spreaker Who I use Doesn't allow that So 300 is the maximum I can put And 10 hours is also the maximum So I fill it under 300 megabytes And Because that's the size Of the file

[00:06:22] That Basically That's how So if you were to download it Onto your computer Or onto your phone That's how much Space It would take In your memory Okay Okay I actually find On the phone Using the website It's a lot easier So if I listen to a recording of mine I listen on the phone I listen on the phone But I go onto the website Rather It's just easier Because it's there

[00:10:53] What it is I think That The thing was connected to To The SoundCloud Because I had two Let Me Bore You to Sleep podcasts One was on SoundCloud One's on Spreaker The reason I didn't get rid of the SoundCloud one is because I'd had it for a while And I was getting traffic on there and I think Spotify kind of had both So

[00:11:23] I got rid of the SoundCloud one I got rid of both of my SoundCloud accounts I was able to A few People told me that they wanted them back So I was able to get Back The main one But the other one I can't get back So It's just a case of going to a different link That's all So I definitely am on Spotify If you The Let Me Bore You to Sleep But all of the

[00:18:45] And The other one which is It's exactly the same cover As The The So some people have been listening to the Let me bore you to sleep The The one that isn't There's just been two I don't quite know how I ended up doing that But I did One on the cover's got Let me bore you to sleep And it's got music

[00:19:14] The picture of Vinnie with headphones Music Black and yellow outline And then no ads On there So that one I think that was the one that was on SoundCloud Let me just check Yeah, so The last one was the 1st of May Which ironically Music

[00:20:44] Because it muddles things up So the Let me bore you to sleep Which has on the image On the actual main image Music and no ads That was the one I had on SoundCloud And unfortunately I've lost that I just can't seem to get it back So Of course you can listen to old recordings on there I mean I don't know how many are on there But quite a few But all new recordings will be on the new link Which if I go back

[00:22:45] And that's the host Which it can be You can host on Spotify But the main Place Usually They just take the RSS feeds Which is the same as most other podcast apps So I'll give you an example What I do So For the Let Me Boy To Sleep podcast So let's say I'll click on this And

[00:23:18] So Let's have a look There's 867 listenable episodes I Like I like to do I deleted loads of episodes It was more In a sense of trying to Change Because I was putting I was making the fifth Like the 50 sections Like 1 to 50

[00:23:48] 51 to 100 And all that And I was trying to cut down the amount of space I was using Because Spreakers Who is my host Is possibly likely to start charging me more They already have So now it's like 50 odd quid a month Instead of being 22 So I was trying to kind of cut down the expense a little bit And But It's fine It's They're still

[00:24:18] All the recordings are still saved But on the If I look at the actual Information So you've got Let Me Boy To Sleep You've got Podcast Settings So Let Me Boy To Sleep What I might do If I just change it to If I change it to Let Me Boy To Sleep Dash Jason Newland

[00:24:49] Maybe that will make it a little bit easier to find on Spotify I don't know How long it will take for it to change On the Spotify server though And Let's have a look He's proper moaning today He was a bit ill earlier He Yeah he was ill So I don't know So I've changed it to Let Me Boy To Sleep

[00:25:48] It's a feed It's a feed So You give it To A podcast app For example Castbox Or Apple Podcasts Spotify And what it does then is It syncs with

[00:26:15] That podcast whenever something new is added And it also gives me an opportunity for distribution Not distribution Social sharing No That's weird Distribution Oh yeah that's the one So your podcast has been added to Spreaker And then it's been added to Apple Podcasts Spotify

[00:26:45] Heart Radio Amazon Music Audible Castbox Deezer Podcast Addict Podchaser And Geo7 Well I was just rudely interrupted Not really rudely but I was interrupted By A phone call from my doctor's surgery And it was I forgot it was today

[00:32:08] 78 from Overcast 36 from JasonNewland.com And So it was an overall 1,986 Downloads yesterday So as you can see It's broken up into 1,986 It's broken up into quite a few So 1,625 8,9

[00:32:39] Blimey So yeah It's broken up into lots of different podcasts In order to Make up that amount Yeah 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20 So there's 20 different places that that Is made up of On Spreaker That it's

[00:43:26] You know Doctors and scientists And The podcasts are good as well But I just find the I quite like listening to You know like university lectures And things like that At the moment So yeah Hope I just thanks for supporting me Wherever you want to listen As long as you're happy And as long as it's helping

[00:44:25] I I don't really know What does make me happy I like it when I'm productive I like it when I've I feel If we If I focus on how I feel like Feeling better I feel More better When I feel like I've achieved something So if the stats Are okay You know Providing I get at least You know

You basically ask me how big my belly is now Is it? I am I am Actually I had a workout on my punch bag yesterday It felt lovely I love punching Just on a punch bag only

[00:47:29] I just love it It's just so The physical movement It stretches my back It doesn't It doesn't affect my lower back Which is weird Because that's That's the part that I have problems with But punching doesn't seem to Negatively affect my back at all My lower back But If anything it stretches my upper back And Yeah it's nice Feels nice

[00:48:00] Yeah I still do weights I've lacked I've Yeah I've gone down a little bit with that I was doing them really regular Haven't been doing them so regular I mean When I'm not in the When I'm not in like the best space to do anything Then They seem to be something that Drops off But

[00:48:30] You know It's just one of those things But I'm You know I'm kind of getting back into it a bit I do feel better in my back When I do do the stretches when I do the Well it's squats really So it's kind of stretches and weights as well But yeah I'm still doing it I mean I'd like to It's about motivation really

[00:48:59] I think If I had a bit more space And like a proper gym to work out in That'd be nice And a punch bag that I could use anytime Because I've got neighbours downstairs I know it's going to shake the hell out of their ceiling Whenever I'm using a punch bag So I'm I don't want to disturb them

[00:49:28] But if I could use a punch bag for Like an hour a day Because I like to do things continuous So I'll punch it for an hour continuously Not hard continuously But I will keep going I will keep that movement going for the whole time And at the end of it I feel good Very sweaty but I feel quite good Like I've had a Because it's not just Physical Well it's not just like

[00:49:59] Strength or stretching The movement's good as well It's also cardiovascular Because you do anything Any kind of physical movement For a long period of time It turns into cardiovascular doesn't it It turns into working the lungs and the heart Because You don't have to run to get that You can use your hands

[01:31:03] I was listening to this recording in the early days of learning hypnosis and long before I ever made any videos or audio recordings myself

[01:31:32] because I didn't start doing that until 2006 and I was able to just let go

[01:32:01] in the person that I'm listening to and that it's going to be just as relaxing if not more so each time you hear my voice

[02:00:46] feelings of peace and tranquility spreading through your body tips of your toes fingers

[02:09:07] forehead and your eyes

[02:15:07] inner direction blissful peace

[02:20:46] to notice that you are feeling more relaxed even though I've not purposely focused your mind upon that sense of physical comfort that is growing within you throughout your body

[02:21:13] slow down almost in recognition of I guess my speech not being particularly

[02:21:43] things just generally just by listening to my voice you give yourself an opportunity to take a break take a break from your life as it is

[02:22:12] and to give yourself a rest and to give yourself a rest giving yourself permission to take some time off and to allow your body to relax and allow your mind to slow down which in turn

[02:22:41] releases the tension and stresses that you had in your body it's almost as if the parts of your body just open up and at the same time replacing

[02:23:10] that negativity with positive healing energy which then fills your body up and your mind and to also appreciate those feelings of increasing

[02:23:37] and almost uplifting feeling positive energy that spreads through your body like a wave

[02:24:03] all this comes from just allowing yourself

[02:24:42] to feel to the settings of comfort which allows more room for feelings of pleasure

[02:25:09] as if your mind and your body are sinking together

[02:28:12] mirroring the pigeon and brings you in the moment this isn't this isn't a sterile environment this is the world

[02:28:46] countryside focus on your forehead

[02:29:00] focus in on your eyes

[02:29:37] feel so heavy it's so light that the same muscles around your eyes relaxing completely

[02:29:53] the sides of your face

[02:30:41] moving either side of your spine

[02:32:54] and of your back as you move you can feel the muscles either side of your spine

[02:33:23] and as those muscles relax

[02:33:36] and as you scan also

[02:34:29] it seems to just almost deep

[02:35:25] those muscles

[02:37:31] so smooth the feeling in your shoulders

[02:38:11] just as if your arms

[02:39:35] are not even going to start counting down

[02:53:09] from 20 down to 1 you can imagine in a way it's like just walking down some steps in each step

[03:27:32] try it again go a bit slower this time you focus on the whole of your body before you focus on your legs just notice

[03:29:54] how you feel generally how your body feels it's not necessarily even about it's that space

[03:30:18] space between active physically or mentally you know it's just sitting or lying down just being there

[03:30:47] not doing anything not saying anything not needing to think about anything so it opens up a space you know a bit of a space a gap the bigger that gap

[03:31:17] so there's that gap of calmness relaxation it's a nice feeling stresses or discomforts physically or emotionally moves them

[03:31:47] allows you so I'm going to count again from 10 down to 1 and notice that gap

[03:32:13] as it widens it's almost like the stress and tension falls into the gap and gives you that distance

[03:32:42] so as you're off

[03:35:13] notice that

[03:36:11] you're just going to start with focusing

[03:36:14] of course it's not the much short like most of your body there's not a lot going

[03:36:53] just focusing on the whole of your thigh that leads into your hip

[03:37:31] now this is a big area the strongest muscles in your body

[03:38:39] to hear them sound really weird I think that all of other TLC

[03:39:05] a bit of love showing

[03:39:10] this may sound like a tree or something

[03:39:48] hard to set a microphone up and doing this indoors otherwise I would be outside having a tree you move down to your knees

[03:40:21] I think we don't necessarily I'll speak for myself here I don't necessarily appreciate all that my knees do for me until and for some reason

[03:41:21] but as you focus on your knees regardless of how your knees feel

[03:49:09] it's really sensitive here it's very nice when you stroke it because it's an area that's not really touched very often it's almost like a hidden place a sensitivity
