[02:51:49] We're Just Going To Focus On The Legs And Your Feet You're Probably Focusing On Them Anyway So Maybe I Should Focus On Your Feet A Little Bit The Same As You Have Your Thighs In Your Awareness

[03:08:07] This Is Just A Natural Thing That Happens A Special Procedure It's Just Natural Because As Your Body Relaxes Your Mind Also Starts To Relax As Your Mind Relaxes The More Your Body Relaxes It's Just A Continuous Circle Of Relaxation
