[01:27:59] So I'm around 95 kilos... And... Instead of being... 100 and... 100 or 102 kilos... So 95... I might get down to 90... But I think 95... Is probably gonna be... Roughly... Kind of what I'm gonna be at... I think this coming week...

[01:28:28] I'm gonna start to look at maybe... Doing some sit ups... And some press ups... And... Maybe... Extending the exercise... A little bit more everyday... To see if I can... Make my body a... A little bit more summer friendly... Bit more... Bit more... T-shirt... T-shirty... You know...

[01:28:57] I mean I can wear a t-shirt... If the t-shirt is loose... But then... I don't know if that really... Helps to make me look slimmer... Because... It... Kind of... It might just make me look... Big... You know... There's that... Yeah... I don't know... I'm not sure... Because if I had... If I had a really slim waist...

[01:29:26] And I wore... A big t-shirt... So from my chest... It would still... You still wouldn't see that I was slim... Unless... I wore a slim t-shirt... So my chest would kind of push it down... So it would look like... I still had... Well... Like what I got now... A belly... Although I am slim... Ish...

[01:29:55] I think... I think I am... I don't know... I do know... Ehh... This is another week... I mean... I think the week starts on Monday... But... I think apparently... According to the calendar... It starts on a Sunday... But to me... It's Monday... That's the beginning of the week... Sunday's the last day of the week...

[01:30:23] This is the 18th day... Monday's the 19th... Then you've got Tuesday's the 20th... Wednesday's the 21st... Thursday's the 22nd... Friday's the 23rd... 24th is Saturday... And 25th is Sunday... And then you've got... Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday... And Saturday... So in two weeks time... It is... The 1st of... June...

[03:37:02] It's a nice feeling... Those... Stresses... Or... Discomfort... Physically... Or emotionally... Moves them...

[03:37:41] To just... So I'm gonna count again... From 10 down to 1... And notice... That... Gap... It's almost like... The stress... And attention... Falls...

[03:42:35] Just focus in... And... Basically... The whole of your thigh... That leads... Into your hip...

[03:46:12] But as you focus on your knees...

[03:47:07] Regardless of how your knees feel... You can still have that attention... To how your thighs feel...

[03:48:26] The lightest... It's kind of strange in a way... When you think that... Logically... Our wrists are a lot thinner... Than the rest of our arms... Which is...

[03:48:55] I can't see any problem with that... Because we're just picking stuff up... Of course... There's so much thinner... From a physics perspective... Or logical even... It doesn't really make sense... That all this weight... Would ultimately be...

[03:49:25] Resting... Sports... Sports...

[03:49:49] Our body helps us... To balance... And the calf muscles of course...

[03:50:20] I'm a lot younger... I couldn't see the point in calf muscles... Didn't seem to do anything...

[03:51:22] I'm gonna focus on your feet... I'm just gonna focus on the legs... So maybe I should focus on your feet... A little bit... The same as you... Have your thighs... In your waist...

[03:52:05] There's still that... Sensation of... Different sensations... Of course... There's the muscles...

[03:52:35] The big strong muscles...

[03:53:23] There's the blood vessels... The arteries... I guess sometimes... It'd be nice... If you could actually put your fingers...

[03:53:40] To be able to just massage... Inside your thighs... Massaging the bone...

[03:53:58] It's a very sensitive area...

[03:55:00] It's an area that's not really... It's almost like a hidden hazard... A sensitivity... Which is a little bit... Of course...

[03:55:29] It's protected by your legs...

[03:57:08] Because they deserve to be treated... It's the precious bones that they are... These are so precious... As in all the others...

[03:57:38] You start to... Everything isטy... a tiny part of your head... I'm sorry... I'm You can não...
