It's been a year

Hi ya. 

Here I am again. I'm still here. It's been a whole year since I last wrote anything here. I'm not sure why, but hey, I guess I've just been busy. So, what's happened over the last year????

To start with Uncle Sausages is dead. He's probably chewing your ear off in heaven. "Just one more thing......" (then another hour of sports chatter.) Now that was a challenging summer. I've never really been through that sort of experience before. The whole visiting in hospital, as he deteriorates. It took him about 6 weeks from turning yellow to passing away. 

Oh yeah, the new Tennant, who moved into your flat, has moved out. There's someone new living there now. I've not met them. Uncle Sausages flat has also been rented out, I think. All change. 

Ever since you died, I seem to be slowly going downhill. Uncle sausages was the icing on the turd, and I sunk even further and haven't seemed to be able to erect myself from my gunk. (probably not the correct terminology). Anyway, after a few weeks of sitting on my brains, I decided to seeks some help. I contacted the mental health team, who I was with before. They said, "No self referrals allowed". So I spoke to my doctors surgery. (our doctors surgery) Remember when you had that blood clot in your leg and the staff at the doctors refused to let you in because it was during lockdown. They said phone 111, and 111 said go straight to doctors. What a farce. 

Anyway, I was given a doctors appointment on the phone, to discuss me getting referred back to mental heath team. That went ok and he said he would refer me. Then I got a message from the mental health nurse saying she was calling me at the end of the month. To be honest, I'm not really sure if there's anything that they can do. The doctor increased my valproate, so I take one in morning and one in evening.

Other than that, I've had a lot of shite with my podcasts not updating. But I think I've sorted it out now. Fingers crossed.
