Jason has such a lovely, soothing voice. When he says to relax the muscles in the different parts of my body, I feel myself releasing tension that I didn’t know was there. When I listen to his videos, I understand what serenity means. Also, I have exchanged some messages with him and found him to be very charming.

In my constant research to find pain relief I researched into hypnosis.
Quite by chance I came across a website from a hypnotist called Jason Newland.
His hypnosis sessions are completely free and you can do the sessions on your computer or do what I did and download to an mp3 player if you have one. Like others have said hypnosis doesn’t work for everyone but I do recommend you give it a try………and best of all it won’t cost anything…….lol.
If it doesn’t help the pain it is still great for relaxation, something which we all need in our stressful and often painlives.
Jason has lots of different hypnosis sessions on his website. Keep an open mind. I tried a couple of other hypnotist’s sessions online but didn’t like the sound of their voices, I found Jason’s voice very relaxing.

Jason, I have to say thank you for doing the cutting video id and others requested a couple years ago. I’d been cutting daily for 8 years, 1-30 times a day, I’d tried everything, going to hospital, intense therapy etc. Every time I had a craving, started watching your video instead. Hi Jason, I was involved in a car accident almost 10 years ago and I’ve had chronic back pain ever since. My back pain has always screwed up my sleep and I can’t even remember what it was like to sleep for 8 hours straight. In June I was brutally attacked by a male stranger and have been diagnosed with P.T.S.D. And since then my sleeping has been practically non existent. I wake up every half hour when I do sleep and all together at best I sleep approx 2-4 hours. Last night I came across your videos on YouTube and decided to give it a try…this morning I when I woke up I was very emotional that I actually slept more than I ever had in 10 years! Your work means so much to so many people and I think it’s incredible that you post free help out of the goodness of your heart!! For that, I thank you!!!
By the way, all of your work is noteworthy, as are you. This one (10 1/2 hour mp3) helped my husband and I through a difficult night…Hurricane Sandy… Fortunately the laptop was powered up, and your voice was present through much of the night, and helped to calm our anxiety.

Jason, I’ve been listening to your podcasts for almost a year now. I’ve struggled with acute anxiety, intense panic attacks, insomnia and PTSD from having gone through Breast cancer at a very young age (at 29, and I’m now 34, in remission for almost 6 years now). Ever since listening to your podcasts, I have developed a more centered state of mindfulness and been able to more easily manage my stress levels at night when I usually experience the most difficulty in turning my mind off enabling me to put aside my stress factors and just focus on relaxing. I am very interested in and grateful for what you do and your methods for deep sleep and relaxation. It’s the only thing that has helped me aside from therapy and medication.
I also enjoy the fact that you often include much about yourself, your experiences with anxiety and insomnia, plus whatever else is going on in your life at the time in most of your sessions. It helps to further put me at ease reminding me that I’m far from being alone in the things going on in my own life that trigger my anxiety..

Hi Jason. I just wanted to thank you. I’ve suffered from insomnia for quite a while as I’ve gotten older. Someone on reddit recommended your “let me bore you to sleep” podcast. It’s been a miracle. I’m not self medicating with alcohol anymore. I still wake up through the night but I throw your podcast on and it knocks me out every time. Don’t take this the wrong way, but you have the most boring, relaxing voice and talking style I’ve ever heard. I got tired just watching this video! Good thing you aren’t a classroom teacher. Haha! This is a fairly recent illness, although i have been poorly for 3yrs, it was only diagnosed last april so im still learning how to deal with it and trying new techniques to help cope with the pain better. I have had a very good friend for a long time who is bipolar and suffers from a lot of anxiety. She has had many benefits from a lot of your relaxation podcasts.
I live in USA. I listen to your hypnosis videos everyday. I have had Gen anxiety disorder since June 2005. It almost drove me to suicide. Now I have wonderful tools to manage it and your videos are one of the strongest tools I have. I use them every night to go to sleep. I always wake up feeling like I’ve really slept as opposed to the tense tossing and turning of an anxiety based night’s sleep. I wanted to thank you for your audio downloads to do with chronic pain. They work wonders, I use them for chronic head pain. I fell and hit my head on a brick that was sticking up through the ice and have had a headache ever since, that was 6 years ago. I always have a headache that never really goes away, and some nights when it is really hard to sleep because pain levels are so high, i listen to your audio and it helps me to sleep. So thank you from the bottom of my heart for puttting them out there!
