able to more easily manage my stress levels at night

Jason, I’ve been listening to your podcasts for almost a year now. I’ve struggled with acute anxiety, intense panic attacks, insomnia and PTSD from having gone through Breast cancer at a very young age (at 29, and I’m now 34, in remission for almost 6 years now). Ever since listening to your podcasts, I have developed a more centered state of mindfulness and been able to more easily manage my stress levels at night when I usually experience the most difficulty in turning my mind off enabling me to put aside my stress factors and just focus on relaxing. I am very interested in and grateful for what you do and your methods for deep sleep and relaxation. It’s the only thing that has helped me aside from therapy and medication.

I also enjoy the fact that you often include much about yourself, your experiences with anxiety and insomnia, plus whatever else is going on in your life at the time in most of your sessions. It helps to further put me at ease reminding me that I’m far from being alone in the things going on in my own life that trigger my anxiety..
